Demand was strong from both strategic and financial buyers, with PE firms accounting for 42% of the transactions. Disclosed deal value was $8.2B, well above 2023 and 2024 levels. However, only 14% of the transactions disclosed valuations as buyers continued to guard details of their M&A strategies.
